Another large piano cover is written on themes from films "Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey" and "Homeward Bound II: Lost in San Francisco". The original music for these Disney films was written by Bruce Broughton in 1993 and 1996 years. A composer who I believe is not repetitive and very underestimated, whom I had never heard of before writing this arrangement. His style is somewhat reminiscent of the music of Alan Silvestri and yet is unique in its essence and magic. I also advise everyone to watch these movies if someone has not seen them. An incredible story about the courage, adventure and friendship to which Bruce Broughton wrote really great music. And I hope I did not spoil the impression of original music with my cover.
This cover uses about 15 themes from both films, including:
Spoiler
The Little Lost Girl
My Name is Chance (p.1)
The Journey Begins
My Name is Chance (p.2)
Breakfasting with Bears
A Homeward Bound Overture
A Thing of Beauty
Deliah Return
Attacking the Red Van
The Fire
Escape from the Pound
The Cougar
Just over that Next Hill
Reunited
I hope you will appreciate my piano tutorial, as I wrote it for more than 3 months, and really had a lot to go on the way to the release of this video, including a computer crash in the last days before its release. And also I hope my cover will help to popularize Bruce Broughton at least a little bit, because I think that this is a unique composer, whose music everyone should definitely listen to. Pleasant watching and listening.
